Jacob Charts is Co-Founder and Business Development Advisor at Sustainable CleanTech Implementation Company Inc., bringing more than 30 years of technology experience and over 20 years of international business development and CleanTech innovation expertise. Passionate about environmental restoration, he works with global partners, scientists, and technology developers to accelerate impactful solutions in renewable energy, green hydrogen, water treatment, energy storage, and other sustainable technologies that support a cleaner, more resilient future.

Thomas Charts is a Business Development Advisor, clean tech researcher, and strategic partner focused on technology sourcing and implementation across a global landscape spanning Europe, North America, South Africa, and South America. Based in Siem Reap, Cambodia, he currently supports Sustainable CleanTech Implementation Company Inc. (SCI Co) in Toronto, Canada, where he serves as a co-founder and business development advisor. With 20+ years of experience in business management, Thomas plays an active role in identifying, evaluating, and accelerating disruptive clean technologies—spanning clean tech innovation, desalination and wastewater treatment, solar and energy storage, and emerging work in green hydrogen.

In his SCI Co role, Thomas brings strong expertise in building innovation portfolios and connecting promising technologies to the right strategic partners. He has previously contributed to clean tech consulting and related financial and investment organizations, including Advanced Renewable Technology Consultants LLC (ARTC), United Solar Group, Sapphire Capital Partners LLP (UK), Choice CleanTech (Brazil), Quantum One, OMGEN, and Impact Global Emission Solutions Ltd. Working alongside collaborative scientists, innovators, and startup accelerators, he helps advance SCI Co’s mission to promote regenerative sustainability and circular economy solutions that support environmental restoration, healthier ecosystems, and long-term global impact—aligned with the U.N. Sustainable Development Goals.

Stephen White is Co-Founder and Partner at Sustainable CleanTech Implementation Company Inc., a visionary entrepreneur, environmental advocate, and innovator with more than three decades of experience leading transformative initiatives across the arts, biotechnology, and CleanTech sectors. Raphael Rosner is an architectural and project development professional with expertise spanning sustainable design, high-performance construction, and complex infrastructure implementation. Drawing on experience in architecture, off-site fabrication, and technical deployment, he specializes in delivering innovative, environmentally responsible solutions that combine design excellence, operational efficiency, and long-term sustainability.
